Zlatan himself might not be the fastest football player on earth, but if you think of IKEA, it is meant to be easy to work with and quick, except for the instances in which you are stuck in your home trying to put something together, but you just cannot make it work. But, let us forget about that. If you want speed and efficiency, which is the best VPN provider in Sweden? Or to rephrase the question, which is the fastest VPN in Sweden?
I hope I didn’t scare you away with the long introduction to the article with both Zlatan, IKEA and more. The truth is, efficiency is of great importance, and time is money. So, if you purchase a VPN subscription only to discover that you spend minutes waiting for websites to open and for YouTube videos to buffer, you would probably have better off buying a VPN subscription with another company.
To help you out, we have just done a big test of different VPN providers with servers in Sweden, and here we want to show you the results of the tests. It is important to notice that we had a very high initial speed, so part of the process was to see how great speed-loss we would experience once connecting to a VPN server in Sweden. If you experience a high drop in download speeds, it might be capable of ruining the fun of the actual VPN subscription, so here we want to help you out!
It is important to know that not all VPN providers come with servers in Sweden. But, we have tested a fair amount of VPN providers with servers in Sweden, and here we will show you the results! If you look through the list above, you will quickly see that all the download speeds were magnificent. Even the slowest provider in the test, Surfshark VPN, gave us a download speed of 90 Mbps which is super in itself. If you surf the net with 90 Mbps as your download speed, you can stream content on 6-7 devices at the same time while using uTorrent and other applications, and still, have no trouble. But, if you can drive the Lamborghini, why drive around in a Renault Megane? In other words, it might be that you want to buy a subscription to one of the VPN providers with the top download speeds instead, simply because you can!
The winner is PrivateVPN
The fastest VPN provider in this test was PrivateVPN. This is a VPN provider located in Sweden, meaning that they are playing on their very own home-pitch during this test. Maybe that is the reason for the splendid results? But, it probably isn’t. During all our recent speed-tests PrivateVPN has been doing great, and even though they didn’t become the fastest VPN provider in Norway or the fastest VPN provider in France, they were still among the fastest VPN providers, making it a top choice on the market today.
Do not forget that PrivateVPN is harmless to use as they have a very nice 30 day money back policy. Their VPN service is easy to use, and it is one of the best providers on the market if you want to unblock Netflix or streaming TV channels in India or elsewhere abroad.
The silver goes to PureVPN
PureVPN is one of the leading VPN providers on the market, but during our recent tests, they haven’t really been among the fastest VPN providers. For that reason, we were really happy to see their stunning speeds during this speed test looking for the best VPN that will give you a Swedish IP address.
PureVPN is a VPN provider located in the British Virgin Islands. This is an ideal location, making it impossible to penetrate if EU will require information from the company or so. In this test, all the VPN providers were winners
I guess I should be honest, and let me tell you – in this test, all the VPN providers were winners. A few years ago, I would have jumped through the roof if a VPN provider gave me a download speed of 90 Mbps. In this test, it was the poorest download speed I got! All the VPN providers did great, so I guess you should decide which VPN provider to use in Sweden based on the look of their websites, and also their prices. Go for the one you like the sound of!
