PureVPN doesn’t have the best rumor among the VPN providers on the market. But, they seem to work hard on improving their product and their quality, and their latest upgrade has happened to their refund policy.
We do not have to go far back in time to remember when PureVPN had a 3-day full refund policy, valid if you had used less than 500 MB bandwidth. They later made some changes to this policy and extended the “complaining” time to seven days. They also changed the max bandwidth usage to 3 GB.
Now they have taken it even further, and they now have a 31-day full refund policy. They are quite smart in doing so because no other VPN provider has a 31-day full refund policy, they all have a 30-day full refund policy. By adding the extra day PureVPN can boast of being the VPN provider with the best refund policy on the market.
I am not sure if they have added more bandwidth to the full-refund policy, or if they still have 3 GB as the maximum amount of bandwidth you can use before you are no longer entitled to a refund. I am waiting for an answer to this question and will update the article as soon I know more.
I haven’t tried asking for a refund in the last year, but I have done so earlier, just for the sake of trying. When I asked for a refund from PureVPN, I got it, so hopefully, they are keeping that as a good habit still!
