Ivacy VPN and unblocking in 2021
In order to actually perform this test, I have bought an Ivacy VPN subscription and also bought or used my already existing subscriptions to the mentioned streaming services. In other words, this is absolutely authentic results based on my very own tests.
Ivacy VPN and Netflix
Many people consider Netflix to be the most important streaming services. That makes it even more important to know about the capabilities of a VPN provider when it comes to streaming Netflix content before you actually purchase a subscription. I have written thoroughly about the Ivacy VPN Netflix test in this article, but here I will just do a quick summary.
Ivacy VPN is supposed to work with Netflix in USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, and Australia. During my testing, I got it to work with USA, Germany, Japan and Australia with no trouble. I didn’t manage to stream UK or French Netflix content, but after testing all four servers in Canada, I was able to find one that allowed me to stream the content on Canadian Netflix.
To sum it up, I managed to get access to Netflix content in five countries with IvacyVPN, something that is fairly good!
Important to know about Netflix and how they block VPN services
Sometimes Netflix will block VPN users by showing them the proxy and unblocker error message. Other times they will give you access to the website, but it is only a “limited” version of the streaming service with Netflix original content only available. The latter version is sometimes hard to discover, but if you look around and all you see is Netflix original material, then you can be sure about the fact that you are seeing a limited version of Netflix made available to VPN users.
Ivacy VPN and BBC
BBC iPlayer is the best of all the free streaming services out there. It is completely free, meaning that all the content can be accessed for free. The only requirement is that you are located in the UK. But, what can be done if you are abroad? Will you be able to watch BBC iPlayer if you decide to purchase an Ivacy VPN subscription?
During my test, I succeeded! I was able to watch BBC iPlayer with Ivacy. Once it worked simply by reloading the BBC iPlayer website, while I had to open BBC iPlayer in an Incognito/Private window to succeed during my second attempt. No matter what, it should be working properly!
In other words, Ivacy VPN is a good solution if you want to watch content on BBC iPlayer outside the UK.
Ivacy VPN and ITV
ITV is the second largest TV network in the UK. This is where you can stream X-Factor and other popular programs, but just like BBC, it can only be seen by those located in the UK. Are you able to unblock ITV Hub with all the available programs and live streams with Ivacy VPN?
In the image above, you can see that I am connecting to a server within the Ivacy VPN application that is supposed to work properly with ITV. What was the result?
As you can see, I am able to watch ITV with Ivacy VPN as well.
Ivacy VPN and PeacockTV and CBS All Access
PeacockTV is the streaming service from NBC Universal, while CBS All Access is the streaming service of CBS. Both are popular TV networks in the United States. They both create lots of original content, but they also show programs produced for CBS and NBC. But, is Ivacy VPN capable of unblocking these streaming services, and then also the general content available on NBC.com and CBS.com (which is free)?
Once again, I opened the Ivacy VPN application and choose CBS and NBC from the streaming menu. This is supposed to connect me to VPN servers known by Ivacy VPN to be able to unblock these services. That is why many of their normal servers might be blocked, and that is why you have to take advantage of these servers as you try to unblock PeacockTV, CBS All Access, and other streaming services with Ivacy VPN.
Result: Ivacy VPN gave me access to both PeacockTV and CBS All Access. Above you can see a picture from an episode of Bull available with a CBS All Access subscription.
Ivacy VPN and Hulu
Hulu is one of my personal favorite streaming services. This is where I stream episodes of many of my favorite TV shows. There are also some interesting movies available on the platform, and it is easy to understand why many people are interested in watching Hulu abroad. But, it is possible using Ivacy VPN?
The answer to the question is YES. I connected to a server in the United States created for Hulu streaming, and I was immediately able to watch all the content available on Hulu.
In other words, Ivacy VPN can be used to watch Hulu outside the USA.

Ivacy VPN and HBO Max
Once again I had great success using Ivacy VPN. As I connected to an HBO friendly server in the United States, I could visit the HBO Max website and stream all the great content available there. Unfortunately, Wonder Woman 2 has been removed from the platform, but there are lots of great movies coming in the upcoming year and many great HBO original series, so this is a platform for those in love with high quality content.

What is the conclusion?
Ivacy VPN is actually quite brilliant for streaming and unblocking TV networks. There are a few VPN services that I would say might be better, but most of the existing VPN services are much worse. I had a few problems with the VPN speeds, meaning that pages loaded slowly as I was connected to different Ivacy VPN servers, but that wasn’t occurring frequently.
