November is approaching. Christmas markets are opening. Stores have long started with their Christmas discount, and Christmas music will be played in malls all around the globe. But, what does Netflix have to offer to help us get ready for Christmas?
This year, it seems as if Netflix is doing a lot of giving us a lot of terrible Christmas movies. We have seen it earlier, and we can clearly see it in 2019 as well – this is the time for mass-production of terrible movies made up of used cliches and storylines we have seen three million times before. In other words, it is Christmas and it is all about romantic Christmas movies.
Do you remember the movie named The Princess Switch? Vanessa Hudgens is back again, and this time she is “attacked” by a boy who believes he lives some decades ago, and he is talking and behaving like a knight. Is it enough to win the heart of Vanessa Hudgens? You will find out in The Knight Before Christmas. It seems as if Vanessa has some sort of contract with Netflix that she has to record one romantic Christmas comedy every year. Well, I guess it works, because people do watch these movies. But, if you are tired or do not really like such low-budget romantic Christmas movies that you have seen 30 times before, you should probably skip The Knight Before Christmas. But, this isn’t the only Christmas movie from Netflix this year. And, we will be served many of them already in November!

While Amazon Prime is rejoicing in a new season of Jack Ryan, Netflix fans will be happy about the third season of The Crown. This is a very popular Netflix original series, and those in love with costume stories like Downton Abbey and so on, this is a big success. I look forward to reading the reviews from people who will binge the entire third season immediately after it has been released on Netflix in November.
Would you rather watch a funny mafia series, in the spirit of Godfather, starring Al Pacino and Robert de Niro? Netflix has the solution to this as well. In November, you can stream the brand new series named The Irishman. Not only will you see the two mentioned guys, but you can also see Joe Pesci in the movie, and the man we might remember as Raymond (or the struggling photographer from the series Parenthood).
These are some of the movies and series that will come to Netflix in November. Do not forget, if you use a VPN, you can watch so much more than just this content. Did you know that A Star is Born just got to Netflix in Japan? You can stream it online by using a VPN that gives you access to Japanese Netflix. In the same way, you can stream This is Us and Lethal Weapon on Netflix in Canada, and you can watch Suits season 9 on Netflix in the UK.
