Triple Frontier is the title of a brand new Netflix original movie that was released early in 2019. Since it is an original Netflix movie, it can be streamed in all the different Netflix regions, and there is no need to change your Netflix region in order to watch it online. But, if you have a Netflix subscription, is it worth spending 100 minutes of your life to watch Triple Frontier?
I am not a professional film critic, but I do like to write down my thoughts about movies and to share what I think about them. Where to watch Triple Frontier if you do not have a Netflix subscription?
If you do not have a Netflix subscription, you should probably get one. Currently, Triple Frontier cannot be found in the Google Play Store, nor in the Apple Store, nor at Amazon.com. But, it might get to these stores sometimes soon, but currently, Netflix is the only place to stream it.

The Triple Frontier story (with some spoilers)
In triple Frontier, we meet a group of old mates who have laid down their lives and their best years for the army. They have fought together, but now they are all stuck without much money and fighting hard to keep things up. But, one of them discovers a chance to capture a big drug boss, and at the same time, get hold of more than 50,000,000 Dollar. They are reluctant to take the mission, but after coming there just to supervise and give advise, they end up actually doing the job themselves.
But, when they rob the house, they discover that it is way more money in the house than they expected. This might be a nice surprise, but it isn’t for the chopper they had planned to escape with. Of course, complications are about to arise, and the mission that once seemed easy, suddenly become much harder.
The main characters in the movie are played by Ben Affleck, Oscar Isaac, and Charlie Hunnam. Ben Affleck is probably the name that will bring some extra attention to the movie, and if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have watched it in the first place.
But, is Tripler Frontier a movie worth watching?
The story in Triple Frontier is quite predictable, even though there are a couple of happenings that were hard to predict before watching. But, it didn’t manage to grab a hold of me, and throughout the movie I was mostly looking forward till the end, just to be able to actually finish the movie.
I would not sit down to watch the movie again, but I believe that there might be quite a lot of people there who will enjoy the movie. If you like a good drama with some action in it, Triple Frontier might be it.
I sat with one thought in my mind for a large amount of time during the movie… the love of money is what cause us so much trouble. Not only did it cause the soldiers trouble in the movie, but it is so in our lives as well. If we would remain satisfied with less, things would be easier and we could all be happier and avoid lots of trouble.
A Triple Frontier review conclusion
This was a quite boring movie to me, and I was very glad to see it come to an end. It has some things to say, but I guess everyone will interpret the message of the movie in different ways. To me it was about the dangers of loving money, and also about compromising things you shouldn’t. But, I do not really care, because it was mostly a boring experience I will forget quite quickly.
